Job summary

London Borough of Richmond upon Thames seeks a CIL and S106 Officer to join the Information and Planning Obligations Team on a fixed-term, full‑time basis. The role covers both Richmond and Wandsworth councils, focusing on CIL collection and S106 administration.

You'll work hybrid, with up to three days in the office, handling a varied caseload from major developments to householder applications, ensuring timely compliance and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and S106 obligations.
• Proven information processing and numeracy skills with detail-oriented calculations.
• Ability to manage heavy workloads and changing priorities to meet deadlines.
• Advanced IT skills and Excel proficiency for data handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide CIL and S106 advice to colleagues across Richmond and Wandsworth.
• Administer CIL/S106 processes to ensure timely collection and compliance.
• Engage with residents and developers to ensure understanding and enforcement of CIL requirements.
