Lloyds Bank plc is seeking a Lead Integrator in London to coordinate AI-enabled Client Relationship capabilities for CIB. The role spans platform-level integration across labs, managing dependencies, and driving high-risk implementations with internal and external partners.

You will lead governance across delivery, liaise with Product Owners and platform leadership, and help deliver a scalable Client Relationship Spine by 2030 in a fast-moving AI-enabled landscape.

This is a multi-year transformation: replacing a fragmented Client facing Colleague journey — today spread across more than 60 disconnected systems — with a single Client Relationship Spine that gives colleagues a seamless, end-to-end view of client activity.Sitting at platform level and covering both business and technology change, you'll establish the pivotal integration points across labs and platforms, sequence the work in step with lab leadership, and coordinate the internal and external parties — other platforms, CIB Leadership and third parties — needed to deliver safely and at pace. You'll take the lead on complex, high-risk implementations across shared infrastructure, removing blockers and keeping change moving over the line.This is an emerging capability at the intersection of AI, data and enterprise change, and the role will evolve as those capabilities mature. You'll help land the colleague Interface, Digital Twin, agent-based Brain and the connection to a governed data Foundation that will define how CIB colleagues serve clients by 2030. We're looking for a commercially minded delivery and integration expert who understands CIB, works effectively across business and technology teams, and can turn strategy into safely delivered, interlocked capabilities.Above all, we want someone who lives and breathes AI — genuinely energised by what these technologies can do, hands-on with the latest tools, and constantly experimenting to stay at the frontier. You'll bring that curiosity into the team every day, spotting where emerging AI capabilities can reshape how we deliver and integrate change.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish the pivotal integration points across labs and platforms, and communicate them clearly to relevant stakeholders.Develop the sequence for integration-related tasks in collaboration with lab leadership and aligned to the lab backlog.Catalogue and manage dependencies between the platform and other teams, working with stakeholders outside the platform to secure the interlock that lets the platform deliver at pace.Identify blockers to delivery and, where possible, mitigate or resolve them — raising to Product Owners or platform leadership where required.Manage complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple internal and external parties to ensure safe delivery.Coordinate the integration process and implementation events across shared infrastructure (e.g. mainframe upgrades), leading the SI process and coordinating parties to get the change over the line.Manage third-party suppliers and a portfolio of contracts — providing oversight, negotiating and monitoring service levels, and managing performance while reporting to senior colleagues.Provide expertise (not content) for governance activity owned by the Product Owner for change across multiple deliverables.Coordinate across multiple teams to develop medium- and long-term work and release schedules, uncovering emerging issues, causes, stakeholders and barriers, and developing innovative solutions from complex, diverse information.Manage output delivery for a substantial area by leading others — setting medium-term objectives, coaching colleagues, and acting as a senior source of professional expertise.Why join us?If you think all banks are the same, you’re wrong.
