In partnership with AMH, ARI Theatres are investing and expanding in Gynaecology, Breast and Obstetric perioperative services. Together we are preparing the Periop workforce for The Baird Family Hospital. Our strategy is to attract the best talent in Perioperative services. We are currently seeking the UK’s best in Perioperative leadership, management and clinical talent for our women’s Periop service. You will have a dynamic, collaborative and enthusiastic approach, combined with a passion for recruiting, learning and supporting your team to excellence. Applicants must be highly experienced in anaesthetics, recovery and/or scrub specialities, preferably in women’s services of breast, gynaecology or genitourinary. With a comprehensive onboarding programme, you’ll be supported by our friendly, highly experienced multidisciplinary team, current theatre SCNs/ODPs, Obstetric colleagues and Theatre Academy.
Initially the candidate will work in the ARI Main Theatre Suite prior to moving to the new Baird Family Hospital (date TBC). There is real opportunity for active learning with the commissioning team and bring this project to life (6 operating room suite).
We value applicants who hold a portfolio of Periop management experience across the continuum of scrub, anaesthetics, recovery and surgical specialisms. A proven record of leadership, development, and clinical service improvement is sought.
Relocation is offered.
