Join Our Clients Team as a Christmas Temporary Receptionist!

Are you ready to spread some holiday cheer while working in a vibrant environment? We are seeking two friendly and professional Receptionists to join our client's team for a temporary assignment in Guildford over the festive season. This is your chance to shine in a fast-paced, customer-facing role and make a difference during one of the busiest times of the year!

Position Details
  • Location: Guildford
  • Dates: 12th December – 30th December (including weekends)
  • Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
  • Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm
  • Sunday: 11:00am – 3:00pm
  • Days Off: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
  • Manage bookings and appointments seamlessly
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
