Job Title: Christmas Temp Customer Service Assistant
Location: Stevenage Station
Contract Length: 4th December 2025 - 4th January 2026
Pay Rate: 15.10/hour (PAYE)

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for passengers, providing guidance, information, and assistance with luggage and journey enquiries. You will help passengers navigate train times, ticketing information, and ensure their journeys are as smooth as possible.
