The Cocktail Club is part of Nightcap, inviting enthusiastic people to join our festive team for Christmas. You’ll provide warm guest experiences, take orders, and help run busy shifts in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Training is provided, and you’ll join a fun, vibrant team that celebrates the season with great cocktails and memorable moments. We value flexibility—nights, weekends, and holidays—along with strong communication and teamwork to deliver exceptional service across our venues.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is preferred but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly first impression.
• Serve drinks and food, take orders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organised seating area and clear glassware and trash.
• Inform guests about menu items, drinks, and promotions.
• Assist with event setups including Christmas parties and themed nights.
• Create magical moments by going the extra mile for guests.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
• Serve drinks and food to guests on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organised seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
• Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
• Supporting the team with event setups, including Christmas parties, themed nights, and special events.
• Creating magic moments for guests by going the extra mile.

What We're Looking For:

• A positive attitude and a passion for providing a magical guest experience.
• Previous experience in hospitality, bar work, or customer service is a plus, but full training will be provided.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• A love for the festive season and the ability to spread holiday cheer!
