Job summary

Superdrug is hiring a Christmas Sales Assistant in Rugby. You will serve customers with a smile, showcase Star Buys, and keep the store stocked. The role is part-time with 8 hours a week, mainly evenings and weekends during the festive period.

Training is provided, with opportunities to progress to team leader roles as you grow your experience in health and beauty retail. Eligible candidates should have a positive mindset, strong communication, and a passion for customer service.

Location: Unit 8 Elliott's Field Shopping Park, Rugby, Warwickshire CV21 1SR

Hours: 8 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible - Fully flex. Especially evening and weekends.

Must be able to work Christmas Eve and Boxing day

Salary: £10.55 - £13.85 Per Hour

As a Christmas Sales Assistant at Superdrug, you'll be right at the heart of the action-serving customers with a smile, sharing our amazing Star Buys, and making sure everyone leaves feeling great!

You’ll help keep the store looking its best and fully stocked, while playing a key role in smashing store targets.

It’s a hands-on, fast-paced role that’s never boring and packed with chances to learn. We see our Sales Assistants as future Team Leaders, and we’ll give you everything you need to grow-with brilliant training, and real opportunities to progress.
