Job summary

DCK Group – Christmas Retail Associate role in Weybridge is a temporary position for 25 hours per week during the peak Christmas period. You will work with a Team Leader, focusing on customer service, merchandising, and stock deliveries.

The role requires access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence, with start times from 9:00am. Based in Croydon with potential travel to other stores within your zone, immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Past experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
• Experience in retail or with fashion brands preferred.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience preferred.
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with up-to-date OS required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines.
• Receive stock deliveries and set up promotions.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in-store.
• Assist with in-store promotional activities and campaigns.
• Collaborate with host management to drive sales.

Role Title - Christmas Retail Associate - Weybridge - 25 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift Pattern - 5, Monday, 5 Tuesday, 5 Wednesday, 5 Thursday, 5 Friday

This is a temporary role until 26/12/2026

Working hours: The required start time for this role is 9:00am

Please note - this is a Christmas Retail Associate role covering our stores during our busy peak Christmas period. The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Croydon butmay berequired to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role:

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

You will complete various instore activities which include:

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines

• Putting out deliveries of new stock

• Maintaining housekeeping standards

• Setting up promotional activities

• You will be working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Requirements;

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is preferred, working in retail or with fashion brands is a plus.

• Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred

• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems
