Job summary

DCK Group is seeking a Christmas Retail Associate in Oldham to support our busy peak season across our stores. The role is 25 hours per week and temporary until 26 December 2026, with a starting pay of £12.71 per hour.

You should have access to a vehicle and a full driving licence to travel between stores within your zone. As part of the team you will merchandise to our guidelines, handle new stock deliveries, maintain store standards, set up promotions, and work with host managers to drive

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience preferred.
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems.

Role Title - Christmas Retail Associate - Oldham - 25 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift Pattern - 5 Monday, 5 Tuesday, 5 Wednesday, 5 Thursday, 5 Friday

This is a temporary role until 26/12/2026

Working hours: The required start time for this role is 9:00am

Please note - this is a Christmas Retail Associate role covering our stores during our busy peak Christmas period. The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Oldham butmay berequired to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role:

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
