Job summary

DCK Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Christmas Retail Associate for 10 hours per week during the peak season. You will work in stores across the Milton Keynes zone, with a Team Leader providing coaching.

The role requires a full driving licence and access to a vehicle; duties include merchandising, stocking deliveries, housekeeping, and setting up promotions, plus teamwork to drive sales and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with up to date OS.

Role Title - Christmas Retail Associate - Milton Keynes - 10 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift Pattern - 5 Tuesday, 5 Thursday

This is a temporary role until 26/12/2026

Working hours

The required start time for this role is 9:00am.

Please note - this is a Festive Retail Associate role covering our stores during our busy peak Christmas period. The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Milton Keynes butmay berequired to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

• You will be working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
