Job summary

DCK is seeking a Christmas Retail Associate in Bletchley for a 20-hour-per-week temporary role during the peak festive period. Start date is as soon as possible and you may travel to other stores within your zone. You will work with a Team Leader, using several store apps to assist daily tasks.

Responsibilities include merchandising, stock deliveries, housekeeping, and promoting in-store activities while building strong relationships with host management teams to help drive sales.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required; fashion brands are a plus.
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems.

• Putting out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Setting up promotional activities.
• Collaborating with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Job description

Role Title - Christmas Retail Associate - Bletchley - 20 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift Pattern - 5 Tuesday, 5 Wednesday, 5 Thursday, 5 Friday

This is a temporary role until 26/12/2026

Working hours: The required start time for this role is 9:00am

Please note - this is a Christmas Retail Associate role covering our stores during our busy peak Christmas period. The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Bletchley butmay berequired to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role:

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.
