Job summary

Pertemps Recruitment is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy, modern warehouse in Hams Hall, Coleshill, to support increased demand over the Christmas peak period.

The role covers picking orders, packing, checking, labeling and moving stock, with rotating 06:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00 shifts, Friday to Tuesday; training provided and onsite facilities available.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience is desirable but not essential.
• Reliable, hardworking and positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work at pace in a busy warehouse environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work the Friday-to-Tuesday shift pattern and rotating hours.
• A commitment to attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Packing products ready for dispatch.
• Checking orders and products to ensure accuracy.
