A premier live entertainment venue in the United Kingdom is looking for a Customer Experience Team Member for a seasonal position starting on November 25, 2025. The role involves providing outstanding customer service during live events, creating memorable experiences for visitors, and selling various products. This position offers a fun and challenging environment with training provided. The contract runs until January 4, 2026.

As part of our Customer Experience Team you’ll be the charismatic and welcoming face of the company, offering the highest standards of customer service and care. You will ensure we meet our financial targets by creating customer loyalty and selling products and packages on the night—ranging from traditional programmes and ice‑cream to exciting new cocktails in our luxury bars. The role is both fun and challenging, with responsibilities across a friendly, passionate, and ambitious team in one of our unique venues with an ever‑changing programme of events.
