Overview

Christmas Customer Assistant - Food - Chepstow SF. Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll become a champion of our high-quality products, great value offers, and excellent customer service. We're seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are excited to share it with our customers. You'll be a brand ambassador who’s ready to recommend our newest Food products. Through remarkable service you'll make sure our customers feel truly valued every time they shop with us.

Responsibilities
  • Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points
  • Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product
  • Monitor and deliver on the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store
  • Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services
  • We’ll give you the training to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time
Work Pattern
  • Sunday 07:00-11:00
  • Monday 06:00-10:00
  • Wednesday 06:00-10:00
  • Saturday 06:00-10:00
