Job summary

Langstone Quays Resort is seeking a Bartender for the Christmas period to join the Food & Beverage team. You will deliver excellent guest experiences, promote drinks, handle POS transactions and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

The role requires flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends. Minimum age 18 and a strong customer-service mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to upsell and maximise revenue from drinks and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and maximise revenue by upselling from the drinks list.
• Input orders into the POS accurately and process payments.
• Keep bar and surrounding areas clean and well stocked at all times.
• Be visible and available to guests, building rapport and addressing queries or complaints promptly.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations.
