Job summary

Castle Pubs, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking bar staff to welcome guests and help deliver an exceptional service experience across our distinctive pubs.

You will be on flexible shifts and play a key role in creating a friendly atmosphere while mixing and serving drinks and ensuring cleanliness and safety. You must be 18+ to handle alcohol, and can enjoy generous staff discounts, pension, holidays, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service.
• Experience as bar staff or in hospitality preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and look after guests to ensure they go home happy.
• Create a friendly atmosphere with the team.
• Mix, pour and serve drinks to guests.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
