Job summary

Lidl GB in the United Kingdom is seeking a Warehouse Operative (Chiller) to ensure our stores receive the right stock. You’ll pick orders, pack items, and help with stock checks, working with pride to keep shelves full.

The role offers 37.5 hours with shifts from 12:30 to 20:30, and includes benefits such as 30–35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, pension, enhanced family leave, and gym discounts. Extra pay applies for nights and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be multitasker, listening to picking instructions through headset to carry them out swiftly.
• Pack a variety of our products including meat, fruit, frozen and chilled items (with premium payments of £1.50/hour when working at temperatures as low as -18°C).
• Make sure your deliveries are perfectly stacked and secure.
• Report any damaged items to your manager.
• Be responsible for independently working through your orders.
