Charlie Bigham's is hiring a Warehouse Operative for a fixed part-time shift in Wells, Somerset. The role is in a chilled environment within our logistics team, working Monday and Tuesday from 06:00 to 16:00 (20 hours per week).

You will receive £14.10–£14.63 per hour with a bonus, overtime at 1.5x, 28 days holiday pro rata, free meals, and retailer discounts. This hands-on position focuses on accurate stock handling, picking, packing, and supporting daily targets with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Experience working in a chilled environment preferred.
• Forklift licence desirable; training may be provided.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and collaborative.

Responsabilités

• Receiving and checking deliveries.
• Replenishing stock for production needs.
• Picking and packing orders accurately.
• Wrapping and loading products for dispatch.
• Maintaining stock accuracy and warehouse procedures.
• Supporting handovers between shifts.
• Working safely and efficiently to meet targets.
