Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a long-standing client in Coalville, Leicestershire. The role involves picking and replenishing stock in a chilled/frozen warehouse, using headsets or RF scanners, and adhering to safety protocols in a cold environment.

The position is temporary with a potential to go permanent. The shift runs Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00, with a hourly rate of £13.55 and 28 days annual holiday entitlement pro rata.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is essential, ideally in chilled or freezer environments.
• Reliable and punctual with good communication skills.
• Willing to learn and develop within the role.

Responsibilities

• Keep pick faces stocked and replenished.
• Move pallets safely from bulk storage to picking lanes.
• Accurately pick chilled and frozen goods using headsets or RF scanners.
• Follow health and safety procedures in a cold store environment.
