Job summary

Quest Employment Ltd. seeks Food Production Operatives for a busy sandwich manufacturing facility at Moulton Park, Northampton (NN3). You will work directly on production lines in a chilled environment, handling sandwiches and food products while following strict hygiene and safety standards.

Two shifts are available: AM 06:00-14:30 and Night 22:00-06:30, with pay rates of £13.75 and £14.95 per hour respectively. This ongoing role offers weekly pay and potential temp-to-perm progression.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working on production lines in a chilled environment.
• Able to follow instructions and food hygiene procedures.
• Reliable and punctual with good attention to detail.
• Willing to perform repetitive tasks and maintain a steady pace.
• Previous food production experience is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work on a busy production line.
• Prepare and assemble sandwiches and food products.
• Follow production and quality standards.
• Check products and ensure they meet customer requirements.
• Pack and label finished products.
