Job summary

We Are Workforce Ltd in Willenhall is hiring Chill Operatives to join our fast-paced team in a cold store environment. You will pick products using voice-pick tech, load and unload trolleys, and help maintain stock rotation with MLOR standards, with training provided.

Shifts are 5 on/2 off, day and night rates apply, and immediate start is available. The role offers weekly pay, overtime and weekend premiums, and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cold store or chill environment preferred.
• Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Pick milk products accurately using voice-pick technology.
• Move, load, and unload trolleys in a chill environment.
• Ensure accurate stock rotation according to MLOR standards.
• Complete routine cleaning and hygiene tasks.
• Report trailer defects or stock issues.
