Job Title: Children’s Support Worker

Responsible to: The Employer – The boy’s parents

Hours: 4 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday or Friday afternoon from 2 pm, can be split across 1-2 days)

Hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview stage.

Hourly Rate of Pay: £13.75 per hour

Based at: The home address in Whittington

Closing date: 28.11.2025

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support a 10‑year‑old boy at home and in the community ensuring his safety and welfare is priority. The young boy has autism and sensory processing disorder. He enjoys being active including walks, parks and soft play centres. The young boy lives at his home address in Whittington with his sister, parents and their pet cat. There are aspects of personal care involved in this role e.g. support with toileting.
