A support service agency is looking for a Children's Support Worker to assist a 10-year-old boy with autism in Whittington. The role involves providing support at home and in the community, ensuring the child's safety and welfare. Candidates should have experience working with children with special educational needs, as well as a driving license and their own car. This position offers flexible hours and a pay rate of £13.75 per hour.

Hours: 4 hours per week (Monday, Wednesday or Friday afternoon from 2 pm, can be split across 1-2 days)
Hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview stage.
Hourly Rate of Pay: £13.75 per hour
Based at: The home address in Whittington

The purpose of this role is to support a 10‑year‑old boy at home and in the community ensuring his safety and welfare is priority. The young boy has autism and sensory processing disorder. He enjoys being active including walks, parks and soft play centres. The young boy lives at his home address in Whittington with his sister, parents and their pet cat. There are aspects of personal care involved in this role e.g. support with toileting.
