We are currently recruiting for full time Child support workers, unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship opportunities at this time.

The Oaks is a two-bed residential Children’s home on the outskirts of New Milton in Hampshire. Our young people are typically aged between 8-17.

Responsibilities and expectations
  • Be over 21 and have a driving licence
  • Be qualified to level 3 in residential childcare or willing to work towards it
  • Be caring and compassionate
  • Bring fun and laughter into the Home
  • Be there to support children through the good times and the tough times
  • Help children feel good about themselves and encourage them to try new things

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: £29,615.20-£31,924.00 per year
  • Sleep in may be required as this is a residential home
  • Three week rota including weekends
  • Enhanced DBS required for working with children
