FIXED TERM 6 MONTHS

FULL TIME CONTRACT - 37 HOURS

Are you organised, tech-savvy, and ready to make a difference? We're looking for a Business Support Officer to join our fast-paced teamsupportingchildren and families across Telford and Wrekin.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide top-tier admin support to frontline teams in Children's Safeguarding, Family Support, and Education & Skills.
  • Minute meetings, manage data, and handle sensitive information with confidence.
  • Collaborate with professionals across services and help drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft 365, databases, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and time management
  • A proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
