About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 8–17 within a safe, nurturing, and positive residential environment. You will lead a team of care staff, ensuring high standards of practice, consistency, and care delivery in line with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.

You’ll act as a role model for staff and young people alike—promoting emotional wellbeing, positive behaviors, and independence while working closely with external professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support a team of Residential Child Care Workers.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance, supervision, and mentoring to staff.
  • Promote emotional wellbeing, independence, and life skills among young people.
