Children’s Residential - Complex Trauma Services

An exciting opportunity has arisen in our children’s homes, for Residential Support Workers! We are looking for a caring and compassionate person with the desire to help children and young people, by making a positive difference to their lives.

Responsibilities
  • Work a 365 day a year schedule, including Christmas, New Year and holidays; shifts are flexible and may include sleep-ins.
  • Based in a children’s home and support the welfare and development of residents as part of a team.
Qualifications
  • No experience required
  • You MUST be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
  • Calm in challenging situations; able to offer advice and provide a listening ear; demonstrate unconditional positive regard
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: From £12.69 to £13.31 per hour
