Caretech is seeking compassionate residential care workers to support children and young people in our care. You will plan engaging activities, provide one-on-one support, and accompany off-site trips, building trusting relationships in a warm, supportive environment.
No prior experience required; full training is provided. Sleep-in shifts pay £30 per sleep-in, with potential annual earnings of £3,600 from sleep-ins, plus enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks. Apply to join our dedicated team.
New staff must be comfortable using an electronic care recording system on a daily basis to document, monitor, and update children and young people's records accurately. Experience with Clearcare is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. However, all staff are expected to confidently use digital systems as part of their day-to-day role.
