The Recruitment Crowd is recruiting a Residential Support Worker to join our temporary agency workforce, supporting residents in healthcare settings across various locations. You will provide compassionate, person-centred care and help residents live independent lives in a safe environment.

Key duties include assisting with daily living, safeguarding, documentation, and working with a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Healthcare or Care qualification, such as Care Certificate, Level 2/3 Health and Social Care, or equivalent, is desirable.
• Willingness to undertake relevant training and professional development.

The Recruitment Crowd is expanding and we are recruiting Residential Support Worker to join our temporary agency workforce, supporting a wide range of clients around the Northeast (various locations) in healthcare settings.

About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated and reliable Residential Support Worker to join our friendly team. You will support residents to live safe, fulfilling and independent lives while providing high-quality, person-centred care and support. You will build positive relationships with residents, encourage independence, and help them achieve their personal goals in a safe and supportive residential environment.
