Are you ready to make a lasting impact in a child's life? Join our secure residential care team, rated Outstanding by Ofsted, as a Residential Childcare Practitioner supporting up to ten children with complex mental health, behavioural, and attachment needs.

As a Residential Childcare Practitioner, you'll work in a structured, therapeutic setting that helps vulnerable young people feel safe, supported, and empowered. You'll act as a trusted role model, build secure relationships, and support recovery from trauma with empathy and consistency.
