Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is helping a council recruit passionate Support Workers to work with children and young people in Devon. You will support individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs and behaviours that challenge within residential or youth services.

The role requires Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent, a valid driving licence, and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and overnight stays.

Qualifications
