A community health provider is seeking a part-time administrator for their Children's Therapy Service in Patchway. The role involves essential administrative duties such as managing waiting lists and liaising with families and healthcare professionals. We're looking for an administrator to join our friendly Children's Therapy Service. This part‑time role is key to helping the team run smoothly and ensuring families receive the support they need without delay.
You’ll provide vital secretarial and admin support, from managing waiting lists and booking initial appointments, to liaising with families, schools, GPs, and colleagues across the Trust.
4 days per week - with hours at the beginning or end of the week
Patchway Locality Hub, Southmead House (BS10 6BQ) or Osprey Court (BS14 0BB)
Typical hours: 9:00 – 17:00
