Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Support Worker in Shrewsbury to help children and young people with emotional, physical and social needs. You will accompany them to appointments, school and activities, provide personal care, and support daily routines in a safe, nurturing home.

The role requires a Full UK Driving Licence and a commitment to safeguarding. We offer a comprehensive induction, DBS paid by Keys, and excellent pay with benefits such as generous annual leave and pension contributions.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Experience supporting children and young people with complex needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support children and young people with emotional, physical, and social needs.

  • Deliver personal care and assist with daily routines.
  • Support with household tasks and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Complete accurate, clear documentation and reports.

LOCATION: Please note, you will need to hold a Full UK Driving License as this role is based in Shrewsbury.

SALARY: £30,283.32 - £31,702.92* per hour HOURS: 39 hours per week (including overnights) REQUIREMENTS: Full UK Manual Driving License
