A children's services provider is looking for a Support Worker/Mentor to support children in their transition to foster care. You must be willing to travel in the North West area, possess a full driving license, and be able to advocate for young people's needs. This role offers flexible hours and requires you to engage actively with children and their support networks.
Role: Support Worker/ Mentor - Casual
Location: Various areas with a current need in North West area.
Flexibility and a willingness to travel is essential for the role.
Hourly Rate: Up to £15 per hour
Hours: Casual, varied and flexible
Polaris Children's Services are an established children's services provider that delivers innovative and outcomes-based services, offering real value and building brighter futures for children, young people and their families.
Working across the UK the company provides intensive support to children and young people to step down from residential settings into fostering placements and to help stabilise existing fostering placements.
Please note this is a community role, you will need to be willing to travel. We have a current need for working in the Chorley and Cheshire areas.
