Children’s Support Workers – Hedge End Area

Salary: £24,570 per annum + Sleep ins £68.15 + Benefits

Contract: Full-time positions available

Ideally car drivers due to location

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable children? We are currently recruiting Children’s Support Workers to join a well‑established and reputable employer in the Hedge End area.

You will be working in one of their residential homes, supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. This is a rewarding and meaningful role where you can help children thrive by providing consistent care, guidance, and emotional support.

What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience working with children or young people in similar settings (e.g. residential care, education, youth work)
  • A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable children and helping them reach their full potential
  • Patience, resilience, and strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including some evenings and weekends
