Children’s Residential Support Workers – Kettering

Recruiting on behalf of our client, a registered children’s residential provider

Location: Kettering
Hours: Full-time, 42 hours per week (3 long days: 7:30am – 9:30pm, including alternate weekends)
Contract Type: Permanent
Pay: £12.60 per hour (unqualified) | £12.85 per hour (Level 3 qualified)

Experience & Qualifications

Experience with learning disabilities, autism, or challenging behaviour is preferred. Full training is provided – we value your attitude and commitment above all. Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification is desirable (higher pay rate applies). Opportunity to enrol on Level 4 course after successful probation.
