Qualifications

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Children’s Support Workers to support children and young people, including those with complex needs, SEN, or displaying very challenging behaviours. You’ll provide day-to-day care, emotional support, and guidance while helping young people develop independence and positive routines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care and emotional support to children and young people.
  • Support individuals with complex needs, SEN, and challenging behaviours.
