Start Date: ASAP

Salary/ Hourly rate: £13.50ph to £15.50ph

Pay Scheme: PAYE

We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable children's home in the Banham area

THE ROLE
  • To follow instructions and care plans at individual settings
  • Treat Service Users with respect at all times
  • Maintain a safe environment for staff and Service Users
  • Feedback any necessary information to the person in charge
  • Complete all necessary paperwork
  • Providing companionship to service users, communicating effectively with them
  • Protecting the confidentiality of all Service Users and Clients
  • To recognise signs of abuse and immediately report through the necessary channels.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE
  • UK experience working with young children with learning disabilities is essential
  • Must be resilient and compassionate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Own transport is essential due to the location of the role
  • Online DBS Desirable is essential
