The Children’s Trust is looking for a Children’s Support Assistant to join our Clinical Services Team in Tadworth. You will provide high-quality care to children/young people and their families, within Rehabilitation or Residential Houses, and may work across site as needed.

You will support less experienced staff with supervision and contribute to personal development reviews while developing clinical competencies with the competency framework. An exciting, rewarding role in a leading charity.

Qualifications

• Provides high standard direct care, therapy and education to children and families.
• Develop clinical competencies within the organisation's framework.
• Participate in reviews and reporting with other professionals.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high quality care to children/young people and their families.
• Develop competencies and contribute to the learning of newer staff.
• Work with a transdisciplinary team across rehabilitation and education settings.
• Assist in creating an age-appropriate, stimulating environment.
