Qualifications

• Valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
• First Aid and Safeguarding certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience working with children aged 1.5 to 8 years old.

We are looking for weekend sports coaches to LEAD our Little Kickers football sessions!

Little Kickers Blackpool & The Fylde is looking for an EXPERIENCED sports coaches to lead our sessions! You need boundless enthusiasm & energy plus a winning personality to effectively coach football to our children aged 1.5 years to 8 years old. If you are confident, patient, outgoing, 100% reliable, and have a genuine desire to offer young children a positive introduction to the sport then we would love to hear from you!

What Little Kickers Offer:

The successful candidate will be fully trained by Little Kickers via online training, coach shadowing, and practical coaching assessments. Little Kickers coaches are contracted to work at the same venue every week which gives you the opportunity to build rapport with both children and parents.

Requirements:

• Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• First Aid and Safeguarding certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality, and who enjoys working with children, parents, and co-workers
• Able to be playful, fun, and imaginative with children
• Able to fill in registration forms
• Able to ensure a safe and positive environment for both children and parents
• Experience working with young children
• Be a loud presence and confident leading in front of children and adults
• Be physically fit for this role, which involves leading football-based physical activity classes for children aged 18 months to 8 years
