  • Experience working in a Primary School, Day Nursery or Pre-School (highly desirable).

Children's Sports & Activity Coach

North London, East London & Essex (Tottenham, Enfield andChingford areas)

£12.50 per hour

Sessions run between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday

Weekly hours can be flexible based on individual availability

We are recruiting for a leading, UK-wide, Sports Coaching company who are looking for qualifiedSports Coaches and Activity Leaders to join their growing team across North London, EastLondon and Essex.

The role will be based at primary schools, pre-schools, and nursery venues from Monday to Friday during term-time and will cover various locations during school holidays.If you're qualified, experienced, and passionate about transforming children's lives through fitness, activity, and health - this role will be a great fit!

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Planning and delivering engaging coaching sessions tailored to individual children, teams, or classes
  • Introducing nursery, preschool, and primary school children to a variety of new sports and activities
  • Embodyingthe organisations core values: Fun, Enthusiasm, and Positivity
  • Motivating and inspiring children to reach their full potential
  • Ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all participants

You will NEED tohave the following:

  • Strong desire to use sports to improve young lives
  • A level 2 national governing body coaching qualification
  • Confidence and 'flair' to engage and entertain children, particularly younger groups
  • Ability to transmit positive energy and enthusiasm to a group of children
  • At least 1-2years sports coaching experience or experience delivering children's physical activity
  • Experience working in a Primary School, Day Nursery or Pre-School (highly desirable)
  • Enhanced DBS Check (desirable)
  • First aid training (desirable)
