Compass Fostering is seeking an enthusiastic administrator to support a busy team delivering fostering, residential and education services to children and young people from our Syston office. You will handle a flexible administration service, attend meetings, take minutes, answer calls, and use Word and Excel while learning our in-house databases.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible administration support to all stakeholders.
• Understand fostering regulations and safeguarding issues.
• Attend meetings and produce accurate minutes/notes.
• Answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; learn in-house databases.
• Prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure.
