Responsibilities of this role:
  • Lead and provide expert advice on complex safeguarding cases involving children and adults, such as those with complex needs or criminal activity.
  • Conduct complex assessments and develop outcome-focused care and support plans.
  • Chair Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARACs).
  • Lead safeguarding enquiries and contribute to multi-agency risk assessments.
  • Support the management of safeguarding cases by acting as a point of contact and leading decisions on high-risk situations.
Requirements of this role:
  • Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England.
  • Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent)
  • Must have minimum of 3 years' experience working as a Qualified social worker
