A children's support organization is seeking a Children's Support Worker in Staffordshire to provide child-centred care for young people with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Responsibilities include promoting positive behavior, supporting education and daily living, and maintaining care records. Location: Staffordshire – commutable from Birmingham
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Shifts: 24/7 rota (days, nights, weekends, sleep‑ins where applicable)
We are recruiting Children's Support Workers to join a residential service supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and associated complex needs. This is a rewarding, hands‑on role where you will help provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment, enabling young people to develop confidence, emotional regulation, and life skills.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check, full employment references, and safeguarding screening. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
