We're currently recruiting Residential Child Care Workers to join our dedicated team and provide high-quality care and support to children and young people aged 8-17.

About the Role

As a Residential Child Care Worker, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where young people can thrive. You'll work collaboratively with colleagues and other professionals to promote emotional wellbeing, independence, and positive outcomes for each child in your care.
