This is a full-time, permanent position with a contract that will guarantee 160 hours per month.

  • A strong motivation to make a positive impact on young people's lives and build their resilience.
  • A solid understanding of safeguarding procedures for vulnerable children and young people.
  • The flexibility to work shifts, weekends, bank holidays, and commit to sleep-ins.
  • Relevant experience is a plus, but not essential. We value the right attitude and a willingness to learn above all else.
