Charles Hunter Associates is recruiting a Residential Support Worker for our clients in Crediton and Exeter. You will support children and young people in a safe, nurturing environment and help them reach their potential.

We offer a 40-hour permanent contract, £28,000 per annum with enhanced sleep-in payments (£70 per sleep-in). Realistic earnings around £31,720 including sleep-ins, plus ongoing training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and young people is desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence (Essential).
• Ability to commute to Crediton or Exeter.

Residential Support Worker

We are recruiting for Residential Support Workers to join a growing children's care provider with residential homes based in Crediton and Exeter.Successful candidates will be assigned to one of the homes and must be able to reliably commute to their chosen location.

Shift Pattern
Typical shifts: 7:30am - 10:00pm

Generally working around 3 days per week

Sleep-in duties required as part of the role
