Job description

Daytime Healthcare are assisting an established 4 bed childrens care home with one service user. This home is recently refurbished and offers a great working environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Children's Residential Team Leader (minimum 3 years experience) to be fast tracked to a Childrens Registered Manager position.

This is an unregulated home and the manager will be required to start the registration process.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Lead, support, and develop the team to provide a therapeutic, child-centred environment.
  • Maintain full compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes Regulations.
  • Support staff across the homes, promoting a trauma-informed and learning-focused culture.
  • Work in partnership with local authorities, social workers, schools, health professionals, and families.
Experience / Qualifications :
  • Preferable if you have the NVQ Level 3 / 5, however 3+ years of experience in children's home will be considered.
