Job summary

You will work closely with families and multidisciplinary colleagues, completing complex paediatric assessments and arranging for equipment and major adaptations as required. HCPC registration is essential to this role.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration required with degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience with paediatric home assessments and equipment recommendations.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex paediatric OT caseload in children’s disability services.
• Perform home and school environment assessments for adaptations.
• Develop person-centred intervention plans to maximise independence.
• Liaise with families, carers and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of progress and needs.
