£61,631 - £68,623 pa pro rata inclusive of Hcas
We are excited to advertise a role to help shape the future provision of Children’s Occupational Therapy in schools across Bromley. We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Children’s Occupational Therapist who can work as a Project Manager to support the move to a Universal, Targeted, Specialist (UTS) model of provision. This is a part‑time 2 days per week fixed‑term role for 6 months. You will be required to work closely with Bromley Healthcare’s Children’s Occupational Therapy service and educational establishments across Bromley to scope need, create resource and deliver the implementation plan required.

The Borough of Bromley would like to move towards a Universal, Targeted, Specialist (UTS) Model of service provision across Children’s Therapy Teams. The evidence base behind this is within Marie Gasgoine’s "The Balanced System" approach https://www.thebalancedsystem.org/
This role is a temporary role to scope the requirements of the Occupational Therapy provision across Bromley providers to move to this UTS Model of service delivery within the next academic year. Working closely with other therapy teams who are implementing this model, you will scope the potential, background work required, creating an implementation plan for moving to this new service model for Occupational Therapy.

Compensation is contingent upon NHS experience and current banding/pay point.

This is a largely autonomous role, and the post‑holder will be a self‑starter with significant senior level NHS or local authority service clinical Occupational Therapy and project management experience.
