Job summary

NHS Forth Valley is recruiting HCPC registered Occupational Therapists to work across the area, including new graduates, within Children's Service. The post involves working across multiple sites, with opportunities to collaborate with other agencies.

Training and supervision, plus TURAS review, are provided to support CPD development. Based in Stirling Community Hospital with satellite base at Laurieston Clinic, Falkirk, the role requires travel throughout the service area.

Job description

Applications will be welcome from HCPC registered Occupational Therapists including new graduates, who wish to develop their skills within Children's Service, NHS Forth Valley working across the area in a range of sites. Involvement with the pre-school and school agenda provides excellent opportunities to work in partnership with other agencies.

We offer opportunities for continuing professional development with regular supervision and TURAS review. Attendance at both in-service and recognised training courses is encouraged.

Location: Across Forth Valley. Main base - Stirling Community Hospital and use of satellite base at Laurieston Clinic, Falkirk

Special Requirements necessary to the Position: HCPC registered. Ability and willingness to travel throughout the area of service delivery essential, due to geographical nature of post.
